方法1:
對「電腦」按右鍵
=> 選「管理」
=> 服務與應用程式
=> 服務
=> 找到「windows update」
=> 右鍵 「停止」
=> 刪除此目錄下的所有東西 (C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\) 
=> 回到剛才的「windows update」
=> 右鍵 「啟動」
=> 確認是否可開始執行 windows更新(windows update)

方法2:
有可能是電腦的intel驅動未完全安裝.

到此URL=> http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
=> 下載軟體
=> 安裝後，執行偵測
=> 偵測到軟體後，下載更新軟體
=> 更新後，重開機
=> 再確認是否可開始執行 windows更新(windows update)
