「OS X Lion 或 OS X Mountain Lion 在“恢復系統”中，內建一組工具程式。請重新啟動 Mac 並按住 Command 鍵和 R 鍵 (Command-R) 直到 Apple 圖像出現，表示 Mac 正在啟動。當“恢復系統”完成啟動之後，您應該會看到顯示 OS X 選單列和“Mac OS X 工具程式”應用程式視窗的桌面。附註：如果您看到登入視窗或是您自己的桌面和圖像，可能是您太晚按住 Command-R。請重新啟動並再試一次。」

1.全螢幕(full screen):
快速鍵=Command + Shift + 3
圖片存放位置(saved location)= 桌面(Desktop)

2.自訂範圍(you decide the range)
快速鍵=Command + Shift + 4
圖片存放位置(saved location)= 桌面(Desktop)
//用滑鼠拖拉出想要的範圍(drag the area range you want)

3.某特定範圍(ex: 視窗、狀態列...等)(application screen fix)
快速鍵=Command + Shift + 4 + 空白鍵(space key)
圖片存放位置(saved location)= 桌面(Desktop)
//move the cursor, it will auto capture the application screen、menu bar...etc
