Q：如何解決srt字幕亂碼？
A：
1.用IE開啟srt檔。
2.開啟後的畫面也是亂碼，在畫面中按右鍵選「編碼」，選取srt相對應的編碼（如簡體中文(GB2312)）、「繁體中文(BIG5)」，就會出現正確的文字。
3.將IE網頁上的文字全選複製(Ctrl+A、Ctrl+c)，將原來的srt檔用記事本開啟後，全選後再刪除全部文字(Ctrl+A、del)，再貼上（Ctrl + v）剛才複製過的文字，存檔。
4.存檔時，如果有對話窗出現，請選擇「Unicode」編碼。(也可以另存檔方式，選擇「Unicode」編碼存檔)

Q：使用Google reader閱讀器時，右側的文章列表字都變半行?
A：查了許久，中文的網頁似乎沒有相關提問，只有IT邦有一問題不過被發問者移除了。
查了英文的，原來是有裝Avast的WebRep附加元件在chrome瀏覽器，把它移除就可了。

[QA]Error Code 7、Win XP

Q：安裝win xp時，進入藍色安裝畫面卻得到Error Code 7？
A：基本上不太確定原因，不過上網查詢了一下，(http://forums.techguy.org/windows-xp/515910-setupdd-sys-error-code-7-a.html)，把記憶體拔出再插入，就可以正常安裝了。

解決：
印表機列印的晶片損毀，找店家有曾在HP工作的工程師換晶片，約NTD2000以下。(HP不會維修，因為會建議你舊機加價換購新機)
