• windows的裝置管理員裡的網卡驅動程式是ok的，並沒有黃色驚嘆號出現。
• 使用windows網路診斷，會說明是網路線的問題。
• 網路線給其他機器使用，可正常上網。
• 網路線插入內建網卡有「喀」的聲音，可以確定有插入正確。
• 右下角網路圖示，呈現「打叉」狀態。

A：
拆機殼，面對主機板，把內建網卡插頭那鋁製金屬塊壓一壓、左右晃一晃，再接電源，插入網路線試試，如果開機時網卡燈有亮，就是接觸不良的原因。
